1. Seller Identification

Not subject to VAT — Article 293 B of the French Tax Code.

2. Products

Tekkel AI sells database architecture kits as downloadable digital files (SQL, Markdown, PNG). These products are intended for developers, CTOs, agencies and founders building AI-powered call center systems.

Currently available products:

• Starter Kit — €99 — 5 tables, core architecture
• Startup Kit — €249 — 12 tables, full AI layer
• Pro Kit — €690 — 20 tables, production-ready

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in euros (€), tax-exclusive. As a micro-enterprise not subject to VAT, no VAT is applied.

Payment is made in full at the time of purchase via the secure Lemon Squeezy platform (credit card, PayPal). No subscription is charged.

4. Delivery

As the products are digital files, delivery is immediate after payment confirmation. A download link is automatically sent by email to the address provided at checkout.

If you experience any delivery issues, contact us at contact@tekkel-ai.com within 48 hours.

5. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content whose execution has begun after the buyer's express agreement and explicit waiver of their right of withdrawal.

By proceeding with the download, the buyer expressly waives their right of withdrawal.

However, in the event of a justified issue (corrupted file, content not matching the description), we will review any refund request at: contact@tekkel-ai.com.

6. License

Purchasing a kit grants the buyer a non-exclusive commercial license to:

• Use the schema in their own projects
• Modify and adapt the files
• Integrate the architecture into a commercial product or client work

It is strictly prohibited to:

• Resell, redistribute or share the files as-is
• Publish the files publicly (GitHub, forums, etc.)
• Present the kit as your own original creation

7. Liability

Kits are provided "as is", without warranty of results. Tekkel AI shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the files.

It is the buyer's responsibility to verify compatibility with their technical environment before purchasing.

8. Intellectual Property

The files sold remain the intellectual property of Tekkel AI. The license granted does not transfer copyright ownership.

9. Personal Data

Data collected during purchase is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

EU consumers may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
